Liquidators for Napier company Horvath Homes have rejected claims by another liquidator that they found “potential fraud issues” that had been reported to “investigating authorities”.

Liquidator Kevin Russell of the NZ Insolvency and Trustee Service completed his final report on the liquidation of Horvath McCarthy Group Ltd last week.

In his report Russell said the company supported Horvath Construction Ltd, which traded as Horvath Homes, a business that built residential homes.
